Sensal Health is focused on developing digital health interventions that improve pharmacist-patient engagement, patient health, and clinical outcomes. Our proprietary solutions encompass a wide range of technologies including devices for electronic monitoring of medication usage, predictive and prescriptive analytics, and digital engagement solutions delivered across a variety of interfaces.

Sensal Health is made up of seasoned pharmacists, physicians, data scientists, user experience designers, technology entrepreneurs, and behavioral change experts.

We are seeking a pre-sales business development manager with previous professional experience in sales and/or business development in the digital health solutions space to play a critical role in the continued growth of our company. The ideal candidate is proficient at interacting with prospective customers in the clinical research and telemedicine space through conferencing/meetings, discovery workshops, solution demos, presentations, and follow-up sessions. And can articulate our capabilities and inspire customers with proposed solutions.

We are seeking a consultant who can collaborate with the rest of our team to help with commercialization of our hardware, software and analytics product portfolio. This position is full-time and available to US candidates.


Commensurate with experience.

  • Work with the senior team to develop specific value propositions and market positioning strategies for products and solutions in the healthcare space.
  • Lead presentations and solutions demonstrations for leaders in prayer and provider organizations.
  • Educate the marketplace on our product offerings.
  • Exhibit at conferences, attend association events, and otherwise act as an ambassador for the Sensal Health brand.
  • Follow up with leads, follow-up calls, and next steps.
  • A positive, energetic, motivated and tenacious work ethic with high standards.
  • Ability to communicate passionately, persuasively, and effectively in a variety of written and verbal formats, to various audiences including C-level executives.
  • Willingness to travel 30% of the time when travel is feasible, and approved by health authorities.
  • Expert level presentation, demonstration and communication skills.
  • 3+ years in healthcare in market development/commercialization of health technologies in the clinical provider or CRO space would be ideal.
  • Deep desire and understanding to work at the ground-floor of an early-stage, rapid-growth health technology startup.
  • Previous pre-sales experience is a plus.
  • Experience with MS Office products and CRM/sales. management technology solutions.
